For my Mothers 70th Birthday I wanted to create a book about her life. On previous books that I've created, I had used Walgreens and Snapfish, which work great. This time though I was looking for more options with the creation software provided.
After reviewing Shutterfly, I realized that they have the ultimate button...."CUSTOMIZE"....
If you want to be able to manipulate the size and quantity of photos on the pages it's the only way to go. You also have the ability to create a collage of photos, overlapping them slightly, bringing one to the front or sending one to the back of another. You can create text boxes as you need them.
If you are a little more creative and want to use that talent, Shutterfly.com is the way to go. Even if you are not, Shutterfly still has some fantastic formats already created so that all you have to do is plug in the text and photos to create a fantastic product.
With Mothers book there are a lot of photos so the customize option helped me get the pages just as I wanted them to appear.
Also, if you save the coke products codes and input them into mycokerewards.com, you can get discounts with Shutterfly products currently. Using my accumulated points, I was able to save $30 on the final cost of the 70 page book, also Shutterfly offered free shipping code ship30 and book20 that gave me an additional 20% off the cost of the book. In total, the ruffly $80 book only cost me $30.
